I went to this place to park to watch the Red, White & BOOM! fireworks on July 4th. My parking was prepaid through SpotHero until 11:00 p.m. I exited around 11:15 p.m., but I was never prompted to make any additional payment at the exit. Later, I received a bill for roughly twice the original parking fee. I paid it anyway, but then received the same bill again. Enough space
Very expensive (like $24 for 6 hours in the evening), only way to pay is to give them your license plate number, credit card info, and phone number.
Took 50 minutes to get out from lvl 3 after a show at the Palace. Park anywhere else if you can.
I parked i the laveque parking garage a couple months ago thought I paid correctly and they tried to charge me a $75 dollar fine, even though it already took my money. (no avenue to dispute it) I am currently trying to leave the space again with my husband (I assumed I did it wrong the first time) and the QR code that was handed to us made it impossible to pay. and the QR codes on the walls are not any clearer.
