This parking garage is run by AI, which personally I do not appreciate that not being advertised. The cost is a total rip off, $6 for 1 hour and anything after that is considered a full day, which is $14 and includes a fee of $1.99. I went to dinner nearby and was parked for not even $2 hours and paid for a full day, which is absolutely absurd. Do not give this company your business, people deserve better transparency and not to be ripped off.
Limited signage of closing times except for a tiny little sign outside. Thank goodness someone was going inside the same time I was and I could get in. Also, $16.99 for 3 hours of parking is insane. I pay $11 for an entire day at my office a few miles away. So expensive and for what? A garage that closes early? It's not particularly gorgeous or groundbreaking. Never again.
Stay away from this parking! Do you want to stay 26 minutes in total in Bethesda and then get every week charges from all over the country,like 26 or 52 dollars,stating that your car is now Nashville,when you are in DC and never been in beautiful Nashville? Total scam. Card was reported as fraud and I will never park in any other place with name of Metropolis.
