I will give them A 0 Star. The service is horrible. I dont recommend any one to park here. I pay a monthly charge of 200.85 and they continue to send me a bill for 14.99 daily parking . I had my card on file and they was taking more money out of my account after I paid my monthly subscription. They are ripping people off.I will be reporting this to BBB. Let me start by saying if 0 star reviews were a thing, this would be one. I do not recommend parking here AT ALL. The garage recently transitioned to Metropolis Parking and when I tell you their service is trash and you can’t get a human on the phone, I MEAN THAT! I pay $200 monthly to park here but for some reason, they keep charging me hourly rates. When I try and contact them, they take days to respond while continuing to charge me despite my subscription. I don't usually write negative reviews for anything, but this garage is just absolute trash. I live in the building nearby (Lenore) so this is the closest available garage. At 200/month, you'd expect perfect service and reliable gates. Instead, people get stuck here constantly - I'm literally typing this out sitting in line, again. One time, I saw a guy being forced to uber to work because the gate was broken and he literally couldn't get out. This garage is not safe or secure. My brand new car was keyed/vandalized. The garage does not have security cameras and the personnel there are not helpful. One of the parking attendants there saw me getting out of my car and told me that someone was trying to break into my car TWO different times. Anyone from the outside can walk in. Bottom line, you and your car will not be safe here. Consider elsewhere.
