I had a lot of the same things happen that a lot of people have been talking about. Metropolis’s way of having you pay for parking is very invasive. It has you download an app. Enter in all your information, including your license plate and pay by card. You could not pay traditionally when you left. I thought I had done it correctly, but I guess not because months later I receive a call from collections telling me I have to pay $60 for an unpaid parking fee. AVOID AVOID AVOID! They didn’t have any attendant or clear place to pay, it seems the old credit card reader was closed and there was no signs showing where to pay. Fast forward two weeks and they mail me a fine for $64! Multiple others online have posted about Metropolis’s scamminess. Park anywhere else

We parked here for the day to eat, visit the library and go to a Reds game. In contrast to other reviewers, I like the automatic billing system here. The price was $19 for the day, in line with other garages, and I could exit without messing with a machine, which tends to cause long lines and delays at some other garages. Good lighting and signage.There is no cell coverage within, so if you haven't registered before, do it immediately after you get back on the street - the system has already captured your license number.

Terrible parking system requiring a phone and credit card. Fees reset overnight so you can get charged a lot more than what they make it seem.
