While the hotel was good and even the parking was good, the service at the parking lot is terrible. No receipt was provided and needed for business purposes. The hotel won't provide a receipt and when you call Metropolis, nobody ever answers the phone, the voice mail is ALWAYS full, and the email address cannot be understood. Unfortunate for the hotel I would never stay there again, and would 100% never park in a Metropolis parking lot.
If you accidentally hit the wrong amount of time you will be in the parking lot because mistakes happen. They will not refund you over $100 charge they owe you. We needed to pay $25 for the night, we thought we hit 24 hours and it was 6 days. So they charged us for six. But won’t refund us for the honest mistake. What world do we live in where refunds can’t happen?
