Parked there and when I went to leave the system was not working and I was unable to pay. There was no assistance available so it was late and I was able to leave. Then I received a ticket for $58. Is there someone that can assist me with this? There is no website or contact information on the invoice. Please help!!!!
Recently changed service to Metropolis, which only allows mobile payments. Stated daily rate is $4.00, however they charge a $0.99 service fee that is not avoidable. This "service" has effectively raise the parking rate 20%. Monthly fee is $4.99, or a 10% rate increase. Terrible
Terrible company
Tons of parking, cheap daily rate of $4. You pay your ticket on the top level, so keep your ticket with you and either hit the machines up on the 4th floor before you leave or when you return, the machines take cash and card!
