I had a terrible experience at this parking garage. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, and I’ve honestly never experienced this kind of treatment at a parking garage before. I prepaid for my parking online, but when I picked up my car, I was charged an additional oversized vehicle fee. Fine — I understand that an oversized fee may apply. Took my money. Had a reservation and was turned away due to capacity. Total scammers.
They close to early.
Charles or whatever the manager's name is, he crashed a white car on New Years in the garage and asked me to keep my mouth shut. There were two workers. I gave them tips for the new year as well and made a joke that life happens. They did not report that accident, it turns out. I am a monthly here, my car got crashed and scratched more than multiple times when I first got my new car parked here over 2 years ago. I cannot forget because they did not compensate anything.
