Just stayed at the Lotte Palace hotel and parked in the garage which was what we believed was for the hotel . Upon leaving my husband received a text with an amount to pay for parking in the garage . As we were waiting for our car a sign with parking rates was displayed and the rate was $109.85 for 24 hours we were charged $125.95 !!! When we questioned it we were told management for the garage would contact us ! Absolutely absurd !!! We live in NY and have experienced being ripped off like you hear they do to tourists !!!!!

Terrible customer service. That was two different attendants. When I drop off and one after cup. Both the same poor attitude, one was pretty much mute with no response or acknowledgment. And I pick up the guy literally started yelling at me for no reason.. avoid avoid
$55 for one hour of parking? In a normal 4-door car, not an SUV or minivan! Absolutely insane. Avoid unless you love being ripped off.
