I scanned QR code, gate opened, I have an account and assumed it was paid. No warning text nor email, just a letter with a $40 fee. Bad service. They want you to not pay.
My experience was the same as described in other reviews. If you happen to stay longer than three hours, they charge over $40. It seems the payment ramp is deliberately broken, preventing immediate payment. Instead, they mail you a ticket a month later for ten times the original amount. They are scammers!
No way to pay other than installing spyware on your phone. This is what America has come to. Don’t park here.
They scan your license plant, save your cell phone and have very loose privacy protection. Google them. Not great.
do NOT PARK HERE. dangers, feels unsafe. spaces are tight, elevator areas are not lit. Does not feel safe at night/evenings. Elevator area smells like toxic chemicals. Got a "final notice" saying I owe $97 for parking when I never got an initial notice informing me that I owed the additional $3 from parking there past the 3 hours. I never put in my email or phone and did not registered with the application associated with this parking garage so how does this company / garage initially notify customs of the additional balance... read more
