Gate opened without using a card to enter so I had no ticket. I was in the garage for 5 hours and 14 minutes. I tried to leave at 10:45pm and gate would not open and there was no attendant that could help. I scanned the QR code and got a reply saying call the number listed on the kiosk. I called multiple times and line always rang busy. I moved my car and walked to the gate moving my arms around trying to get the gate to open. Finally it did after about 10 minutes. Cannot pay by credit card. Have to pay online.
Was totally scammed with the new plate scan system because you have no proof of when you entered. We parked and immediately called the restaurant to see if they had availability. My phone shows the call at 5:34. When we left at 8:15 I was charged $4 for supposedly being 15 minutes over the 3 hour free limit. There is no way this is the case but thanks to their stupid new scam system I have no proof. Will never park here again
