I am only commenting because of the amount of positive reviews captured here: definitely not my experience. I seemed to be disturbing the guy who gave me a needlessly long explanation about needing my phone number which is on the reservation he had. I requested car ahead of pickup. I Paid to park using spot hero. When I arrived the attendant asked how much I paid (which is actually none of his business he just needs the QR code) I told him and he told me that is not the actual amount and I would have to pay more. I explained how spot hero worked because clearly he didn’t understand and he insisted I owed more money to park. After having a negative experience somewhere else, metropolis couldn’t have been a better choice for parking while in Brooklyn. Very helpful and kind staff, super easy to request your car when you’re ready to go, and no issues with the car whatsoever. I’ll certainly come back to park here next time I’m in Williamsburg.
