I've been in line for an hour and a half and the line isn't moving to get out. I would not recommend parking here. We are still on the seventh floor. I don't understand how it's even possible. There's not even any traffic left from the game at this point.
Terrible parking lot. Terrible Management. Be aware. DO NOT PARK THERE. Over 1 hour standing in lane to exit parking. No employees to help.
Went to a saints game today at the superdome. First issue was that the QR code we were given by the parking attendant didn't work. The sign outside the garage said $20 for 7 hours. The QR code kept prompting us to pay over $100 for a monthly membership. The second issue was that one of the elevators was down leading to a long line of people trying to their cars after the game. False advertising on the parking price! I parked here for a special event and unbeknownst to me that price was only for 9 hours. They charged me double. $84 for less than 12 hours is ridiculous! Customer service is a joke! Metropolis parking lots are a scam!
