When I dropped off the car, no one was around to help me, and only one guy was in the office, ignoring about four customers who were stacking up. One customer foubd him and asked him to come out. When it's finally my turn (despite me being first in line which the employee was ignorant of since he was hiding in the office) another employee finally shows up and asks if I registered my car with the app. I say no, why would I do that?
