Be very careful with this new camera capturing system. Because my husband and I share an account and both were using Metropolis at the same time it did not capture my vehicle leaving and continued to charge me for over 15 hours, until I manually turned it off it. Had I not recognize this, it would continued to charge me. Best advice when you use the systems is to manually exit yourself out every time you leave! Worst parking ever. Their app is problematic and doesn't work. It charged me but gave an error message impeding my ability to park. I wrote for help, and their mediocre support took 6 days to get back which is in line with their horrible system. They did not give me my money back after charging me and having to drive to another parking. Since their support is as mediocre as their security, now I just park there for free. Imagine adding 15 minutes just to park where before you had to just take a ticket and pay on your way out now you have to lose and waste time with a horribly designed app that doesn’t register your license plate correctly effectively wasting 15 minutes just to be able to park and even then it doesn’t register in correctly.
