I got charged twice @queens center mall I has to text 3 times in order for the gate to open. This system sucks a lot of people were having problems when I was there
Very disappointed, I parked at the DMV, my license plate LHV 1838 and before I scanned the qr code they placed a ticket in my windshield for one minute they charged 79.50. Better park out in the street. I felt they robbed my money, an assault without a weapon 😪..... last time..... at the mall or at the city I will look for Icon Parcking much better and with humans working in there
Do not park here! It would take you forever to get out the parking lot due to the traffic jam on 136 st. I was sitting in my car and had waited for longer than 25 minutes just to get out of the lot. Of course the 25 minutes were counted towards your parking hours. So additional $4 was charged. Totally ridiculous. I’ll never park here again.
