Force you to use your phone to park and charge high rates. Took like 5 minutes to get through all the steps. Ridiculous.
DO NOT PARK HERE! Was at the hotel for a convention, sign said $50 parking for special event. Got there Friday afternoon, left Sunday morning - charge is $260 and no answer on their listed phone number.
An absolute insane day rate of $50 plus tax and an outrageous service fee.
DO NOT PARK HERE! They will actively charge you more than the listed price and do it with a smile on their face. For three nights, they attempted to charge me $233.73. They claimed their rate was $60/night after stating it was $35. They then applied a tax cost of $44.73, a rate of 25%, and threw in a service charge on top for good measure. Park literally anywhere else.
Don't park here... Says $12 for 24 hours, I park for 6 and get charged $19...complete rip off. Much cheaper parking other places. I will be declining this charge on my credit card as fraud
