Came here bc the hotel parking is insanely expensive for no reason. Booked on spothero for like 11-12$ overnight parking. Went in, they knew my info already from spothero. On my way out they charged my card 0.00$ bc of the spothero reservation. Not sure why this place has so low rating, 10/10 experience
Force you to use your phone to park and charge high rates. Took like 5 minutes to get through all the steps. Ridiculous.
DO NOT PARK HERE! Was at the hotel for a convention, sign said $50 parking for special event. Got there Friday afternoon, left Sunday morning - charge is $260 and no answer on their listed phone number.
