I’m not a tourist. I have lived in NY all my life. I just paid them $74.72 for three hrs at Lincoln Center. I think that is outrageous. I will never use them again.
Don’t park here they steal out of your car
Prices advertised and charges do not match
It takes a lot for me to write a negative review but this is the worst run most incompetent parking garage in all of New York City and that’s saying something. Why I’ve let them park my car as many times as I have is truly my own fault but I won’t make the mistake again. Truly abysmal experiences every time.
Two Saturday late nights almost in a row where the gate was closed....no one was in the booth ....and they even had the nerve to leave a sign saying they would be back in 30 mins...only to leave a another customer out for at least 50 mins leaving him stranded without his car.
