Saw no where to pay and had to park in panic and charged 60$ also trashy parking lot with holes and not properly maintained would not recommend it’s shitty

Sent me a unpaid parking notice for someone else's vehicle because their photo was so blurry they guessed at the plate number.

Parked here for 24 min to collect data on the parking lot itself for which I was hired to do. Charged $12 for those 24 min and was sent a notice in the mail that there was also a “notice fee” of $45.25!! Called and was able to have them remove $40 of the notice fee. The amount is still obscene. Avoid this lot…very dark at night, crumbling pavement, ridiculous fare.

This company is the worst. I purchased 2 parking passes in advance from Park Whiz for an event at the Southern Theatre for $13 each. Nobody was manning the lot the night of the event, so we parked our two cars, and went to the event. 2 months later, we received a notice from Metropolis that we had parked in the lot without paying. Parked this morning at 8:24am, staying at my destination for a couple of hours,still ha e received a receipt. I called and waited for 30mins just to reach a rep who said she was helping me then placed me on hold for 10min and tranfered me to someones cell phone in another state. He suggested I call back which I did to only get a rude rep who said" you gone need to call someone else" when I told her how unprofessional the interaction was she said"you know what?
