As soon as I created an account, I found a parking incident on my account from 2022 for the same plate in a different state. Although I added my vehicle with WA plate, support said you parked and didn’t pay! After showing obvious error, they made the incident waived, but still showing on my account! This much simple error cannot happen!
Extremely difficult to make contact with someone for disagreements and inquiries. They shuffle you around, keeping you on the phone for 30 minutes, which is dreadful.
Paid 20 dollars for parking and still got a ticket.
There is a reason the monthly parking is only $150 a month here. I've only been using the lot for 9 days and today my car was broken in to and my catalytic converter was stolen. DO NOT PARK IN THIS LOT!!!!!
