Zero stars is more accurate. I parked and followed the QR instructions. The gate would not open to exit. I called the listed number. A guy walked out and opened the gate. I transferred to customer service because the charge increased by $2 as I waited for the gate to open. Customer service confirmed that my parking session was over and refused to adjust the charge. Outdated ticket system didn’t work so they upgraded to an application that overcharges you and even after sending proof to the help desk they refuse to refund.

None of the contact numbers at this automatic garage work. And even though it is all automated, they will close their gate and not allow you to exit after 5pm or so. That's right: City parking garage that is entirely automated with self service machines, and yet they aren't even open until the end of the work day, and certainly not until you have finished dinner. What's worse? They don't clearly post their open and closing times. Every other garage in the area doesn't lock up like this. And while they list an after hours num... read more
