Staff refused to park our Tesla because they didn’t know how to drive it and told us to leave. We never parked, but they still charged my credit card. Unacceptable service.
This valet parking does not know how to drive Tesla, don’t come this place! Waste time with bad attitude!
Prob the worst parking attendant I have ever encountered
Booked the spot, arrived, cones blocking the entrance, attendant yelling at me and other customers instead of offering a solution. I tried to deescalate and get any ETA, the attendant was only yelling and escalating. This was my third attempt to park here, only one was successful so far.
