Very bad experience here. When my wife dropped off the car, the pricing was not clearly explained. The posted rates indicated one price for up to one hour and another for up to two hours (around $48), but no one mentioned that going even slightly over two hours would trigger a significantly higher charge. When she picked up the car, she was charged $80!! because she went just over the two-hour mark by a few minutes. Prices are super high, but service was great and it was very easy to use. Didn't wait long at all to get my car when I was done
Waiting on refund, DoubleTree by Hilton advertise certain rates. When I was checked out I was over charged. System not set up to make easy process, now neither Hilton nor parking company wants to reimburse without additional effort on my part. UPDATE: Hilton reimbursed me.
