Avoid this place at all costs—they are running a predatory scheme. I pre-paid $23 online for a 9 PM – 6 AM reservation. When I first dropped the car off, the staff explicitly told me the spot was reserved for 24 hours and not to worry about the checkout time. I even checked back in at 8 AM, and they doubled down, telling me I was "good until 4 PM." When I actually went to leave at 9 AM, the nightmare started. I parked my car in this parking garage and it was the best decision ever. I want to especially thank Freddie for his amazing service. He was very friendly and very helpful. He had our car ready for pick up before we even requested it. Thank you so much Freddie!!! Next time I visit New York City, its this parking garage I will choose again. Respect from Portugal and Canada 🇵🇹🇨🇦
