Awful...don't bother. Had a prepaid parking pass and when I went to retrieve my car, the prepaid was not applied. Asked the staff there and none seem interested in helping. I was then told because I arrived 9 minutes early, it didn'apply the pass. Fine. But even with 9 minutes early, the price was the same. Instead of trying to help solve the issue, they left me to figure it out. I paid AGAIN and informed them to retrieve my car. On est resté 27h stationné et ils chargent par 24h sans respecter le prix c'est du vol n'aller pas là même avec le rabais d'hotel 🤯
They sat there talking for 20 minutes while I was right in front of them waiting to check my car in. Rude and uncaring. Over priced. Not using them next time. Elevator was out of order too.
Asked 3 times if i was going to get a text message never got a text was looking for the parking lot for more then 2 hours because they don't give you a ticket and never got the text pay the 63 for the 10 hours because of this park in the city 5 out of the 5 days never going to be using these people again PLEASE STAY WAY
Absolutely STAY AWAY from this place. Service is always slow but the worst of all is they charge at least twice as much compared to all other garages in that area. For 5.5h i paid $97 for Jeep Grand Cherokee compared to $35/40 i pay at all other places...total rip off!!
