Horrible experience with their pay system
They don't even put signs that are big enough to see you need to park....
This parking lot is a joke. Dont go near this place.
We had paid through 325 pm. In addition to placing the license number in the machine, we placed the receipt on the dashboard. At 213 pm, more than one hour before parking expiration, the company issued a ticket on our dashboard. The website to contest this is not functional and the company has no one who has picked up the phone. We loved where we ate but the parking lot's unprofessional business is embarrassing and atrocious. If you're trying to charge 70$ for less than 2 hrs of parking, at *least* answer your phone.
