I was robbed by a valet in their W52nd st lot. Dont bring your car here. Straight up robbed. I'm positive I'm not the only person to fall victim to their extortion scam where a valet , in this case Dave Oreno, jacks your car up on dolly jacks and holds your car hostage until you cough up cash.
They moved my baby stroller while I was attempting to put my sleeping baby in it they did not understand how wrong that was. When I came back to pick up my car the person was nice but my car was beeping and requesting that I put it in park; they gave me back my car and let it sit in drive! Thank goodness my parking brake is working or it would have run me over
I am a monthly tenant and have been for several months. Weekday mornings about 6AM, a parking guy who sat in a car would stop me to complain about his job and the fact that he was not being paid; disputes with his boss and the fact he hated elevators. I told him that I had nothing to do with his complaints and to talk with his boss. When he asked me to wake him up when customers came, I spoke to his boss.
