I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today at your parking facility. While dropping off my daughter for surgery, I briefly interacted with the manager and, in a lighthearted way, asked her to please take good care of my two-day-old car. Her response was, “Your car is considered extra size and as such I will charge you extra size.” Given the circumstances — my daughter about to undergo surgery — I didn’t feel I had the luxury of arguing and reluctantly agreed. Absolutely horrible. You aren’t allowed to get your car until you lose all of your data making an account with this nasty company. Name email spam alert all to be overcharged and forced to wait for your car. Go anywhere else
The one star is kind. This location is horrible. They charge you an insane price for an “oversized vehicle” the measurements are completely off so if your suv is slightly large you will get charged more for the fee than what the parking actually costs. Submitted a claim and all I got back was that my car is oversized. Mind you, looking up my car measurements: it is not considered an oversized vehicle. Terrible!!!! I have an appointment in Northwell so I booked here because the location is just right in front of the hospital! We booked the parking in the app and the guy(really bad!!! Worst ever) didn’t allow us with 15 months baby because we arrived there 5 minutes earlier than the time I booked!!!! How nice you are????? I am gonna use it for 2 hr but paid already up to 10 hrs!!!!!! I was so mad so asked him how much is for 5 mins. He said 30 bucks! I paid $35 for 10 hrs but 5 mins is $30??? Is he a right person?
