I had a confirmed reservation through ParkWhiz and was told they wouldn’t honor it when I arrived because they were at full capacity. No apology, no explanation — just a flat refusal to accept a legitimate booking made through their own partner app. After pushing back and advocating for myself, they finally let me park, but made it feel like they were doing me a personal favor rather than simply honoring a reservation I had already paid for. Do not use you debit/credit card on the pay machine, I haven't used my card in months, all of sudden 2 days after using my card at that parking lot, my credit card information was stolen and was used. find another means of payment or do not go here. Protect yourselves. !!CREDIT CARD INFO IS BEING STOLEN!!
I’m not even sure if this van and group are officially connected to this parking lot, but it’s been a serious problem for years and makes the place look awful. There’s a white van parked right at the driveway entrance that hasn’t moved in years. People live out of it — they eat, sleep, and use the area as a bathroom. It’s disgusting and unsafe.
