My experience with the staff was great. Explained everything well and helped me save a few dollars on parking my car.
Excellent experience. The staff were very hospitable, friendly, and accommodating. Will definitely be parking there in the future, even if I have to walk extra.
The staff members may not be able to speak English fluently, which can lead to communication difficulties. While it's understandable that they may have limited English proficiency, it's important to remember that everyone deserves to be treated with respect. Instead of "ohhh oohhhh," the correct and more polite phrase would be "Excuse me" or "Pardon me."
In and out. Good experience especially the employee who helped us around 4pm 8/17/24 (didint get his name) Keep it up. I suggest booking online.
This garage does not honor Spothero reservations. I was turned away quite rudely by the attendant.
