I got booted because I arrived late for the game and forgot to pay the parking fee first. When I arrived at the parking lot, I paid for parking before noticing the boot notice on my car. After that, I paid the boot removal fee (which already included the original parking fee). However, I have been unable to reach them to request a refund for the extra parking fee I paid. I also met another person there who had booked parking through SpotHero but still got booted.
