Do not park here. Their fees are outrageous! I had to pay $121 to park here twice. I also tried to contact their support, and still have not heard back. Very very expensive, terrible customer service, and overall not worth it.

Do not park here. I parked here so I could attend an interview and was intending on paying the amount ($5 or $10) I believe, when I came down. When I came down, the meter allowed me to leave without paying so I believed I would be charged in the mail. Come to my surprise, not only was I charged $70 ($20 for the parking and $50 b.s. charge) but that the building was owned by SP+ enforcement but that I can't talk to anyone or make a claim on my case despite it being an issue with the building and not my own. Have been side swiped twice in the last year at this garage. No assistance offered to any extend by the Management to help find the responsible parties. They take their "park at your risk" policy to seriously. You would think someone who parks there daily would be worth a few minutes to look at security video. Don't get me started on the vagrant issue. Watch your step for the poop.

I legitimately would never sign another lease with the Quincy again due to this company. I am in fact considering breaking my lease due to the incompetence of this organization. I’m shelling out $450 a month to this organization to park two cars and literally cannot ever get in or out of the garage. Additionally, their guest parking is absolutely ridiculous. They let you out of the garage and open the gate knowing the toll was not paid but will send you a ticket for $70 for each time a few months later. I already pay $4300 i... read more
