Terrible service was supposed to stay until 2pm, got a message letting me know my car would be towed if not moved at 8am on a Sunday Even though I paid for whole day and was busy had to take time to move vehicles Absolutely outrageous, should be providing people with this information beforehand
You cannot park longer than 12 hours without paying online again. It is a horrible user experience. If you are parking for less than 12 hours, then it's great. Don't park here overnight.
By far the worst parking experience I have ever had. I had to pay for 12h upon arrival (no other option). This is all done via an app which is buggy and frustrating to navigate. I arrived at 4:15pm which means that I needed to wake up in the middle of the night if I want to add another 12h of parking…. I spoke to customer service by phone, email and chat, all with the same answer: “sorry that’s how the system works”. Avoid this lot at all cost.
You can see the prices once you scan QR code. One thing about this app is that you HAVE to scan the QR code EVERY-TIME to park there. Can’t go back through previous visits to begin session. Took a bunch of pictures in case anyone walked away from the parking lot thinking they could begin a session through the app.
