Good outdoor parking. Competitive pricing for the area
Sadly price jacked by greedy corporation with no upgrades to the lot. Used to be $5 on weekends when owned by S&P. It’s now $9 and can only pay via QR code so get charged the fees too. Better to pay a few more dollars and park at Necco garage and have covered parking.
I've been using this parking lot for years. Seeing other reviews about the price changes is both understanding, but also I'm gonna disagree with. Not that the pricing hasn't gone up, it has, but even on weekends I leave paying about $9, that is a steal. Compare that to parking behind the convention center being $35 or the garage just north of the convention center is also around $35. I'm happy with the $9 weekend fee.
