Was a monthly member for 1 year. Through out the year They dented the rear of my car, booted my car and tried to hustle me for cash to remove my boot. Never took accountability because they have no cameras in the garage. Poor customer service/ poor management. My schedule is tight so I stuck with this garage for convince of not having to waste time looking for parking. Multiple times requesting my car on time and still not being upstairs. Car smelling like cigarettes ( I don’t smoke ). Over all negative experience.

SP PLUS 1 BELL SLIP IN BROOKLYN IS THE WORSE COMPANY EVER WORKED WITH. DOING THINGS LIKE DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE AND BEING PARDONED FOR IT IS UNACCEPTABLE. HOW DO YOU HAVE PEOPLE SMOKING WEED IN OUR CARS, WALKIN OFF SITE, LETTING THEIR FRIENDS PARK FOR FREE AND THINK THAT'S OK? I FEEL SO SORRY FOR THE RESIDENTS THAT ACTUALLY LIVE THERE PAYING ALL THIS MONEY JUST FOR THIS GARAGE TO ALLOW HOW THIS COMPANY OPERATES. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
I would like to share an extremely horrible and embarrassing experience I had the other day with one of your employees ( I don't know his name, but it was the person working at the 1 Bell Slip garage on Weds 12/18/24 between 5:45pm- 6:15pm). I left my car in the temporary parking area to go get a parking pass from the Bell Slip concierge. I immediately placed the parking pass on the dashboard and left to come back into the building.
