Metropolis is a terrible company. I paid to park but made the error of inputting my cell # instead of car tag. Parked for a little over an hour but paid for two and came back to a boot on my car. When I called the number on the boot the agent refused to listen or let me speak with a supervisor and only kept repeating the same script to pay online and dispute afterwards. I paid and did dispute and a week later got my money back. Never in my life have I been to a parking lot that boots cars and fines them for short violations ... read more
Constant fraudulent charges after you use them once. Happens in multiple cities
Way too expensive for Baton Rouge. I guess they think they can charge Los Angeles prices, but I will not use this lot ever again. The parking spaces and driving aisles are so narrow and cramped that there is a very high likelihood of damage to your vehicle.
Pretty and quiet.
