Deceptive pricing and terrible customer service. Two signs at the entrance advertised $11 for one hour and $42 special event parking. We parked for 51 minutes, did not attend the event, and were still charged $42. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they were completely unwilling to help. If every vehicle is automatically charged the event rate, don’t leave $11 for 1 hour signs posted in multiple locations(entrance and valet)
Nice roomy spots in an ultra clean garage. Super polite and safe valet staff too!
Their electronic system DOES NOT WORK. Very inefficient (many people waiting) and they did not properly check out my vehicle, so I was getting texts for days telling me that my car was still parked in the garage. Even though I already had paid and taken my car home after only 3 hours of parking. I had to call Metropolis customer service because it said I owed over $100. Even though I had paid my parking fee before picking up my car. Avoid this garage - they have no idea what they’re doing.
Sometimes, you don't have to integrate apps, tablets, and other technology into something like valet parking. The old physical ticket system isn't broken.... Frustrating experience, while the guys were great, the "high-tech" plate reader misread my plate so they couldn't find my car for 20+ minutes. Then, I was double charged and couldn't get a hold of anyone to resolve the issue.
They tried to charge us more than the price advertised on their sign for evening parking.
