Getting in was easy enough, but that was AFTER they asked for every bit of information they could possibly ask for just to validate the parking passes I paid for. But THEN, as we were leaving, the gate wouldn't let us out. The doors are constantly malfunctioning and it makes it difficult to get to your vehicle and leave. The buttons on the app click the doors but don’t open. Tired of having my car held hostage
