Terrible parking garage. I’ve been parking in this Arlington area for years and unfortunately tried to park in this garage for the first time. Parked overnight and the garage was closed this morning. Tried to enter through the lobby but it was locked, call the call service through the intercom and call through the website to no luck. At noon finally got a hold of someone over the phone, and they were extremely rude, refused to offer help, and threatened to call the cops. They will lock your car up at night and have no indication of when the doors will close, forcing you to come back the next day or even more (weekend) to pick your car up. It's predatory and near scandalous, shame on the managers of the garage. It would be beneficial to be given notice, especially on the website.
