Had reserve spot for a week in advance. Arrived on time and was yelled at to leave before showing reservation. Very nasty attendant Claimed they were full and could care less about reservation. Fortunately garage next door was available and accommodated our needs courteously.
Surprised to see the negative reviews, I was here last Saturday w/ my partner needing to use this parking garage so I can go check the Brooklyn Bridge out. Johnny was very friendly, accomodating and understanding with the customer service! Thanks Johnny!
I don’t want to share my personal data, just to park my car. Especially entering my bank card details on an unknown website. I will no longer park my car in this parking lot.
You can only pay on their app. I didn’t have my phone with me. Total disaster
