Rude stuff
Confusing and lengthy system. Be ready for a mini presentation of how to use the app which took up so much time. The communication took 7 minutes once I arrived, even after I prepaid on ParkWhiz. Very nice guy but during the AM rush, this was stressful.

I am a monthly tenant at West 52 St in Manhattan. EVERY moring about 6AM when I go there, an employee by the name of Paul or Patrick gets out of his car; honks his horn to get my attention to whine abd complain about how he hates his job. His rants are against his boss; his collegues and each time I tell him I am a twnant and have nothing to do with it-he never listens. Yesterday, he wanted me to wake him up in his car when a customer comes in.
I made a reservation earlier for this parking facility. I pull up and the attendant tells me the computers are not working. I told him what are you talking about. I already paid for the spot 3 days ago. He goes no, you have to leave. So I leave and scramble to find another parking space. Fast forward the following week, I booked a spot again.
