A complete scam! 10 negative stars. We tried a few different credit cards thinking one wasn't being recognized and then were threatened with the charges and late fees. We had to actually go out the entrance because they refused to let us out. Just like everyone else has said, there is no way actually fill out a form to dispute charges. I'm ready to go to the Better Business Bureau if they try to charge me. Completely ridiculous.
Worst company! The license plate doesn't work correctly. Charged me for being there 2 days when I clearly left after the gym and came back. Worst system and customer service.
No one can convince me that this form of parking is meant to be "easier". There is no information around the site except for the cost of parking, which is ten dollars an hour to start (easily 4-5 times what it is anywhere else in a mile radius), and notices to go to a QR code. The QR code goes to a website that is poorly maintained and difficult to use. Attempts to get help were met with a form that would not allow you to get help within a reasonable time to leave the lot.
