I went to fix a small bracelet for my wife and the lady was very knowledgable and nice. Even though she was about to close for the long weekend she was able to fix my wife's bracelet on the spot before she close. Would recommend this small to shop to others.
Went in to get my ring size because I lost a bit of weight. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Love the family atmosphere, very chilled. My girlfriend's mom recommended the place.
left feeling heartbroken and out of a beautiful piece that I was going to give my partner for our anniversary. I dropped off a vintage ring to be sized from a 6 to a 7. I asked specifically for it not to be polished at all. The ring I was given back felt like a different ring (see before and after) I am still not sure that I got back the actual ring I dropped off.
