This is the first time we have used a buyers agent, and were very satisfied with the whole process. Kylie continually presented us with properties giving detailed information on the pros and cons of each, broadening our knowledge base, and making us feel very comfortable with our purchase. Communication was constant, and I don't think we would have found the property and effectively got the deal done by ourselves in the short time frame.
