I had been to Metropol several times for so many weddings and I knew this is where I wanted to have mine! From the food, service, and communication, everything was amazing on our wedding day. We appreciate Andre for his kindness and attention to detail. Thank you Metropol for making our day so fun and memorable!
The minute we met Andre, we were sure that we wanted to do our wedding at Metropol. He eased all our stress and concerns with his organization skills and even gave us helpful advice and recommendations for other vendors. He ticked off all the boxes on my list and clearly explained all the different packages when we met with him, then reassured me that all moving parts during our wedding day would run smoothly. Absolutely beautiful venue! We photographed a wedding here last month and we fell in love with this place. The staff was very nice, the room was laid out very nicely and the facility was extremely clean. We can't wait to shoot here again!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. First of all there is absolutely no manager so goodluck trying to get in contact with one. Secondly the security guards who have no regards for anyone are extremely rude and unprofessional. When I kindly asked to get the manager they brought a staff member and kept arguing with me about getting the manager who never seemed to show up. Very unprofessional staff, rude and disrespectful security. If you want an argument with staff and security this is the place for you.
Fantastic venue, we went there for Loris and Nataliya's wedding on December 9th. My brother and sister-in-law tied the knot on June 2017 and we had a celebration at Metropol. Great stuff, Great experience, the food is absolutely delicious, spacious dancing room, and do on. Highly recommend for special occasions.
