Um they have to coordinate better with their facilities about open availability with their appointments and then apologizing for making a mistake and not making a client or Customer feel like they’re in the wrong as if they are doing you a favor! Maybe retrain and go over policies and procedures with registrars And customer service from nurses

The lady on the phone was giving me trouble and didn’t really seem like she wanted me to go to my appointment. I didn’t get a verification for my appointment and I came in at the wrong clinic and she canceled my appointment. They are supposed to confirm the location and the place I went to was the one I put as my location but idk if there was a mix up but it should be handled better because this is my second time the location is messed up.
