These guys are so responsive and focused on their customers. We always have such great luck when it comes to repairs.. they ask all the right questions to make sure they understand the problem.. the work with great attention to detail while doing their best to complete the job as quickly as possible. They are reliable and dependable.

Service Technician always "very busy" and rude, says only himself on call... NEED MORE TECHS AVAILABLE FOR EMERGENCIES...
We have been having cooling problems with our walk-in beer cooler for close to a week. I called Metroplex first thing this morning and their technician, Chris, was here before lunch. He had a our problem solved in just an hour or so and at a FANTASTIC price!! Thanks Metroplex you saved the day and the beer! You will be our go to company from now on!!
