First time buyer, so didn't have any experience going into this. The entire experience has been stressful, but without a doubt anything that involved Lee was the easiest. He always made sure to pick up the phone and answer any questions I had. He saved me some money at negotiation time. Just really attentive to detail and easy to work with.

Lee is absolutely amazing! I was looking for a house for my parents who are senior citizens and it was a lot for me to handle. My parents reached out to Lee and he was amazing from the very beginning. Not only was he patient with their many requests, but when my parents finally decided on a house, he also negotiated all the house repairs and got the seller to provide funds for other house repairs as well.
