We have worked with this company for about five years now. They have been very helpful and professional with their help in getting my mom her wheelchairs. Prompt with delivery. I should have reviewed sooner but what prompted me to do this today was I called asking about how to do something with her wheelchair and within minutes Ray had sent me a video of him removing the arm on her particular model. Very helpful and much appreciated.

The motor went out on my hospital bed on a Tuesday. Spoke to Joyce and she had Ray out the next day. They had a good idea what the problem was. Ray showed up with a new motor and had it replaced in 15 minutes. I was back in business and he said he would bill the insurance. EXCELLENT service and great people.
