Reception staffs are excellent listeners when booking my emergency appointment. The dentist in-charge provided professional analysis; explanation with the root causes; and recommended treatments; …. etc allowing me to make the right decision. This is by far the worst dental clinic I’ve ever been to. The front desk repeatedly cancels or reschedules appointments at the last minute, with no regard for the fact that I’ve already taken time off work. This has happened multiple times. Even when you arrive early, they still make you wait over 20 minutes. It’s clear they don’t respect their patients’ time. My visit with the General Dentist Dr Payam Deljoui and the Hygienist Susan was great. I will definitely be back again in fact I made an appointment for May 1.
Dental hygienist are extremely friendly, skilled and care about your needs. My go to place for years. Definitely recommend this place.
