I cannot express how amazing these people were! They were quick, super kind, and great with their communication! They even gave us a gift card to go to Texas Roadhouse as well as were willing to come all the way to my house because I am currently unable to drive! They not only did their job, they did their job above and beyond! I 100% cannot express how amazing Metroplex Auto Hail was. They made the process so easy that is was amazing. They came out to my house to pick up my vehicles and did a pre-repair evaluation and pictures and videos right there. They gave me an estimated time frame for how long it should take, and by the way, they were like 3 days earlier then estimated on 1 vehicle and right on time for the other. Owner has some major road rage. Almost hit my truck while he was in the company vehicle and then proceeded to give me the one finger wave. Not a good look for the company. Replying to the owners response: looked exactly like the person in all the gallery photos working on the vehicles.
